An easy, healthy, fruit dip made with greek yogurt and reduced-fat cream cheese.
Ingredients
Neufatel / Reduced Fat Cream Cheese - 2 ounces
Plain Greek Yogurt - ¾ Cup
Pineapple Juice (from canned Pineapple) - splash, to desired taste/consistency
Optional: vanilla extract, cinnamon
Instructions
Soften cream cheese in a bowl at room temperature or in microwave for a few seconds on low.
Add greek yogurt and a splash of pineapple juice reserved from canned pineapples (not light or heavy syrup!) for added sweetness if desired. Stir thoroughly and serve immediately; or cover and place in refrigerator to allow mixture to thicken. Change ratio of cream cheese to yogurt to reach desired consistency; optionally add cinnamon or vanilla.
